Hmmn, there's not an awful lot I can say for myself!
I haven't written anything in quite a long while now, but I suppose I still consider myself a writer at heart even if my talents have lately been languishing in that area. I tend towards verbosity and purple prose (and not of the good sort), so those are things I'm always looking to improve upon.
I'm one of those weird people who actually enjoys history, though in somewhat of a fairly narrow spectrum (generally European, from Byzantium onward, and naval history up until the end of WWII). I also enjoy heraldry, even though I've no formal education or training in it.
Tend to be something of an Austrophile and a Spainophile (was a Byzantinophile when I was younger) despite not really having much ancestry there.

(Currently) Most of the UC Gundam universe, Sonic the Hedgehog (SatAM), Digimon 01, and older stuff... I honestly don't watch much television, though.

Nightwish, Rammstein, Therion, Tristania, Within Temptation, various anime and video game OSTs, various Baroque and classical composers (Bach, Vivaldi, Beethoven, Mozart, etc.)
